I decided to start this group to share my love for Zumba and to show you how much fun it can be working out without knowing you're working out. If you're looking for something different and exciting this might be the group for you . It's exercise in disguise.

… We have a variety of dance classes/lessons available weekly in latin (salsa, bachata, merengue, cha cha), east and west coast swing, lindyhop/charleston, tango, hip hop and hip hop.
